Life

.....hhhhhmmmmm life life life...... have had fun hanging with friends these past few weeks. we've done ridiculous things like INSANITY!!! (the workout program) which we're starting week 4 of 8 on this coming up Wednesday, played laser tag and then ate at IHOP, worked out some more, chilled at my house before we work out, rode in a 2010 Camaro!! :) went swiming in the creek (my first time ever!) watched movies (new and old) and listened to Squidward play the Clarinet :) it's amazing how fast life can fly by... i feel like i'm busy with so much stuff but i love the feeling, only a month left til i receive my piece of paper telling me i've completed 13 years of school but it's like a piece of me will be gone. i'll miss argueing with teachers about assignments and due dates and rushing to finish a study guide for ms. turner (okay maybe not so much)
-----> In a little over 6 weeks i'll be on my way to Africa (which i have all the info now!!!!!) and i'll spend my summer there with 4 other amazing girls and the locals, i'll come back changed. i won't be the same me as i am now... in a few weeks i won't be the same me now, but God will have changed me and molded me to be more like himself, my earthly self will be very limited compared to the Glory of God shining through me... God will show us soooo many things that will blow our minds, that we won't be able to comprehend. i'm ready for God to use me in ways i've never imagined, to reach people i would have never imagined reaching, to show me things i would have never imagined seeing with my own eyes, to give me even more of a heart for missions and even more than that for people, and anything else that hasn't come to mind....
 I AM READY FOR GOD!!!

  1. I thank God every day for the blessing you are in our lives. As fast as life is speeding by for you it seems to be double timing it for us as we wonder how could it really be time for you to graduate. Where has the time gone? It seems like just yesterday you were in Kindergarten with your little blue cap and gown on at Kindergarten graduation. You have so many firsts ahead of you and I'm thankful God is the reason for most of them. Your post reminds me of my favorite scripture, Jer. 33:3, "Call to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know." God uses the ordinary to do extraordinary things....keep living expecting God to move in mighty ways!
You are loved beyond measure :-] Mom
